Did anyone see the show on a couple of nights ago about whales in Canada? The BoobTube was on for background noise and I was not paying much attention to the whale story. But I did pay attention when they showed the researchers diving and swiming in the water. I think it was Hudson Bay. They used dry suits but even with the equipment they still had killer ice cream headaches. What really got my attention is when they showed to people walking toward the beach carrying three "sacks" of stuff. Hmmm, looks like a kayak? Turns out it was. They showed the two people putting togather the kayak which took about 30 minutes. The kayak red on top with a black buttom, was for two people and the frame was wood. What kind of foldable was it? Whenever the people where in the yak they were wearing PFDs and drysuits. Later....
