[Paddlewise] Holiday Trip Calendar

Hi folks,

My apologies that it has taken me awhile to set up the page but I've
started the calendar page I promised for end-of-year, Christmas, New Year's 
Day paddling trips on the PaddleWise website.  Check it out at
