[Paddlewise] Paddle Lockdown?

A one-piece can be locked by finding a lock with a shackle that fits
around the shaft but not the blades.  A two-piece can be locked up the
same way if you put a hose clamp (with some padding) over the shaft
where the release button is situated; then they will at least need a
screwdriver or wrench to steal your paddle.
