Happy Millinium, New Year's day in the Chesapeake Bay region of the eastern US had temperatures in the 60's. Many eagles flew overhead as we paddled kayaks and canoes on the Pocomoke River between Shad Landing and Milburn Landing State Parks. We went ashore at Milburn to ride swings that let us soar upwards towards the blue sky.
