Re: [Paddlewise] shoulder dislocation

Canoe Magazine had a good article in the March (?) May (?) 1991 (?)
issue called Dr Jobe's Shoulder Home Companion. It had a bunch of
shoulder rehab/strengthening exercises. I have it at home pinned to the
wall so I remember to do them. I'll try to get the exact reference.
