5200 awesome if, I repeat, if, you never want to take it apart again. It should flow like silicone, not familiar with it in cold temps tho. Use it like any othe silicone. Keep in mind,moisture "kicks" it off, so the more humid it is, the quicker it sets up. Contrary to that statement, I use an ice cube to shape it when filling gaps, seams ect. Just shape the cube in palm of your hand,and use it as a trowel or whatever.
