[Paddlewise] Kaper Kayak ratings

I have a friend who is looking to buy a faster
kayak. He now has  a Necky Tesla and he is looking
at buying a Necky Looksha 3, An arluk 2, a Current
designs extreme  or a seaward quest. Sea Kayker
magazine has Kaper ratings that measure the speed
and resistance of a kayak. Does anyone know of
a way to get these Kaper ratings on different kayak?
The Sea Kayaker website only lists certain kayaks
and none of the above kayaks are listed. Does anyone
have any first hand paddling experience of these
kayaks and their relative speed?
