Sounds like a plan, even to a cityphobe like me. Do you think you can
work out accomodations and boat security? The problem is that Memorial
Day weekend is usually a pretty tough one for me, but I might be able
to work something out. And, of course, it's a long haul, too.

I'vve been sort of thinking about inviting lower Michigan, Ohio and Indiana
Paddlewisenheimers to get together sometime for a hot dog roast and bull
session in southern Michigan, this spring sometime. I haven't gotten past
the thinking about it stage, though.

We know there is a broad range of experience on this group, and various
divergences in attitudes and opinions. If everybody thought alike it 
wouldn't be as much fun. I suspect that we would all discover that we
are all older and dumpier than we envision each other to be.
