[Paddlewise] Paddling Contacts in Singapore, China and Hong Kong

I will be in Singapore for a week and then on to China and Hong Kong.  I am 
traveling on business, but don't
mind getting some adventure in should time permit, which could be arranged.

Does anyone on the list know any active paddlers in these areas.  I would 
like to
make contact with them (or you) if time permits.  Don't know if I will have 
time to paddle or could even find
a boat.
