[Paddlewise] Paddlewise Convention (Repost)

I've had a number of responses of people interested in attending
some sort of Paddlewise get-together. Responses have tailed off
in the last day or so, so I thought I'd post this one last time, 
with the intent of getting a report out tomorrow:

If you would be interested in attending a late-spring paddlewise
get-together within a long-weekend travel distance of where you live,
e-mail me personally, back channel to avoid cluttering the list. 

I want to know:

1. Name.

2. Where you live (in general -- southern Michigan, north Florida, NYC,
etc. is close enough).

3. How far a reasonable long-weekend trip would be for you.

To keep from dragging this out too long, e-mail me not later than Friday
evening, Feb. 11. I'll plot out the responses and see if I can find centers
of interest, and should be able to report over the weekend, assuming
nothing comes up, like open water.
