A paddler is missing today after his double capsized early this morning in Boundary Bay off Vancouver. His friend managed to make it to shore and was hospitalized with hypothermia. Search and rescue have found the kayak, PFD's & paddles. The search continues but is being scaled back. The capsize occurred at 2:15 am this morning which begs the question, what were they doing out there at that time of night?
