Well, I have been out late on the kayak but not 2:00am and I think I would be much safer on the local waters at 2:00am compared with 2:00pm.... The point about finding two PFDs is the ouch.... 8-( Whats the water temp in the area at this time of the year? 30s? 40s? The article did not mention what kind of clothing they had or how far off shore they were. Anyone heard anything else? Sure is a sad bad event..... Later...
