I've seen the same thing happen to much younger, stronger paddlers. For most of us, it seems to work best to do several rolls, then fool around with something else that's also fun, and then go back to the rolls. I know that "a few dozen" in any one afternoon is more than **I** ought to do - but each of us has to find his/her own place where "more" is not "better". Hmmmm - seems like that's a thing our whole society might think about.....
