[Paddlewise] Pick-up kayak racks

I previously wrote about my RAIL-N-RACK system and had a direct message from
Jim B. requesting information about how I securely attached cradles and
rollers to the 1" box frame cross-bar (no rotational problems here).  The
answer was long and contained a pdf file, so I will not upload it here.
