[Paddlewise] Deck bags

I've been a PaddleWiser for some time now and can't recall any discussion of
deck bags before.  So, if this winds up being a repeat thread, mea culpa.
If not, please send away.

I'm looking for a solid deck bag.  Right now I'm closing in on
SealLine/Cascade Designs' 10-litre bag.

Most importantly, I want one that allows for quick removal and stowage of a
camera, and the use of a chart positioned effectively on top.  Was curious
what other PaddleWisers were using and liked.
