Hi All,

The CD Seal-line Deckbag is not waterproof. The closure is a zipper that is
protected by zip-lips which serve to deflect splash. All Cascade designs
bags come with a disclaimer warning not to use them for cameras or
electronics.

The bag and it's description can be seen here:

Voyager used to make a truly waterproof deck bag with a truly waterproof
zipper. You might want to look into that if it is electronics that you are
trying to protect.

Cheers,
