Read it - his talk is the abbreviated version, and you really get to live
it with the book.  My regret when reading it was that life kept
interrupting - I would have liked to sit down & read it all at once, but
had to keep breaking off & losing the mood.

The only down side is that the pictures are black & white, & the ones he
shows when he speaks are in color.
