They made this decision on a skirt that was only 7 months old without seeing
it?  Sounds funny to me.    I sold Snapdragon skirts for years and have
never seen them refuse to handle anything that was a defect no matter how
old the skirt.  My experience with them was always that they went out of
their way to make sure the customer was well served.  Sounds like you may be
having a problem with the retailer not the skirt.  Try contacting Snapdragon
directly and explaining the problem to them. (425) 957-3575.
