I'm impressed Jim. particularly with the 15 minutes to disassemble dry and 
pack. Its the drying that beats me. But the reason I wash down and carefully 
dry the Klepper is that I'm invariably paddling in salt water. The drying 
times are because the boat is dried under a verandah in a warm and 
frequently humid environment. I wouldn't dare pack it away damp for much 
longer than a day in the Australian coastal climate. Also have to use 303 
fabricguard on the canvas to protect it from our strong UV, suspect the 
petroleum spirit base may protect against mildew also. Really enjoy the 
assembly process and am always first amongst my hardshell friends into the 
water, last to the pub though:~)
