Hi All, Ralph would know better than I, but how about a folding boat? I haven't been in one in years but it seems like some of the old Folbots were so stable that one could sit up on the backrest and paddle. Another possibility that would probably be cheaper and possibly more efficient would be a canoe. The purists would scoff but he could still use a kayak paddle and there would be very few limitations in terms of seat configuration. Hope you find a way to help get your friend out on the water.
