[Paddlewise] Burnin' Rubber

This wasn't meant to be too serious a recommendation, but more of an
illustration about "radical" thinking in an emergency situation. Of
course, if one were to be looking for a source of rubber to burn, may I
suggest those aformentioned-in-a-previous-post waterlogged rubber boots
that were sucking you down to the bottom of the sea :-) (Sorry Alan,
couldn't resist).
