Robert - <I'm looking for toggles... four of them. Where to get them?> Make 'em. The local hardware or lumber stores will have doweling in various diameters. Cut it, drill transverse holes in the center of each length. Paint it if you want to. Attach your straps or lines, and away you go. Cheap too. I've used 3/4 inch doweling, but 1" thickness might be more comfortable.
