My subjective numbers were with an outfitted CLC 17. It's much easier to control with a good seat, hip pads, and knee pads, but it's still not a highly maneuverable boat (in any axis). I'm really surprised you can roll it at all, especially without the knee pads--when I first tried rolling mine sans pads, my knees kept sliding around.
