I just acquired an older Seda Viking kayak, and it was (retro)fitted with a non-retractable rudder and pretty hideous pegs. I have to get rid of them, and in my limited experience with kayaks the unfirm brace of the typical rudder footpegs is my least favorite part of kayaking by far. I was looking on the Prijon site for footpeg kits and couldn't find any, but I saw a note from an Eclipse owner who claimed to have replaced his pegs with Prijon ones. Does anyone have a source for Prijon or other gas-pedal type pegs? I would like to retain the OPTION for adding/using a rudder.
