(the little loops that bungies are often threaded through on deck). Or do you mean something more like a biner arrangement for doubling up lengths of line? Are you wanting to install perimeter lines? Tow lines? Or bungie rigging fore and aft for things like holding charts, deck bags, securing paddle floats, etc.?
