[Paddlewise] Deck Line Clips

I want to add deck lines to my plastic decklineless boat.  I will probably use 6mm  nylon kermantle (rock climbers rope).  My problem is the clips.   Where can I get them?  My boat is by Perception.  Perception told me they won't sell them to me, and to get them locally.   West Marine had something good for about a 3/8" line, but nothing smaller.   Any ideas?  If not, I'm going to have to go back to Perception and hound them till they send me some clips.  Would any other manufacturers sell some clips to me.  They need to be surface mount, not in a recess.
