Some manufacturers have an optional reflective logo you can order when
you order your paddle (epic comes to mind). You can also put
reflective tape on the paddle shaft, next to the paddle itself.
Rumour has it that this works for night paddling as well.

Gemplers (a maker of safety and farm supplies) sells relective tape.
The really cool stuff is reflexite, but its costly. I couldn't afford
a whole roll of reflexite, so I bought a few strips of it instead.
