I don't think a picture is necessary with your description Jack, but I
will certainly use it.  It is clever and budget at the same time, two
great assets. Also fits the dual purpose  as floatation and securely
fastening an object.  I wonder if a partially inflated beach ball could
be a method of both providing insulation and restrict rolling of an ice
cold water bottle in my day hatch...
