Hi Ole, I've always wanted to paddle in Norway--I'm 1/4 Norwegian, so paddling in the land of my ancestors fascinates me. I'm even more interested now that I know there are barrier islands and canals to explore. I guess I'd always had a mental picture of the fjords and steep cliffs only--stopping right at the sea and the swells/surf pouring in! Definitely not a mental picture hospitable to kayaking!
