[Paddlewise] Paddling in Tampa

Hi,

Bill Newman here.
Under the guiseof protecting the world from recalcitrant
xenobiotics I will be traveling to Tampa this week.  If all
goes well I should finish my work by Friday and I plan to
stay over the weekend.  Any suggestions on outfitters and
paddling locations.  I did not manage to ship my Romany as
"test equipment" so I will need to rent boat, PFD, float,
pump and paddle.  Do most of the outfitters require some
proof of instruction or require you to take a safety class
etc.?  I have both ACA and BCU instructor certifications,
but it may be a challenge to figure out where I filed the
papers before I leave!
