Thanks for the generous responses to my posting about night lighting, I have also found that my "headlight" which I bought for camping (indispensable for setting up camp or going to the bushes in the dark) is a great help in landing and loading my kayak back at the dock. I only wish I had found this sooner...Ouch...Bump...Crash! As the name implies it attaches to your head (like a miners light) with soft rubber straps which are surprisingly comfortable....where ever you point your eyes...it follows your head and lights the way. I love hands free doodads, and I think that this is one of my favorites. I also ran across the light sticks that were mentioned in an earlier posting...$1.27 at Home Depot Best regards to all, Rob Dee Austin, Texas *************************************************************************** PaddleWise Paddling Mailing List - All postings copyright the author and not to be reproduced/forwarded outside PaddleWise without author's permission Submissions: PaddleWise_at_PaddleWise.net Subscriptions: PaddleWise-request_at_PaddleWise.net Website: http://www.paddlewise.net/ ***************************************************************************Received on Mon Oct 16 2000 - 20:23:24 PDT
