Yeah, we typically take two such ovens on our week-long trips.  We use the
"Outback oven" by Traveling Light.  They work very well for most things.  You
have to be careful to keep the temperature under control, since if it's too hot
it's fairly easy to burn things or over cook the bottom and undercook the
middle.  They work particularly well on things that aren't too thick, like
pizza.
