I could see no way of putting anything of much size into, let alone filling it up and then putting under my PFD.>> My Snapdragon skirt has a big inside pocket. I carry a hood in it during the cold months, in case I need it. I can get to the pocket by pulling the tunnel down, below my PFD. I also keep the wax for my gloves in there to keep it warm enough to spread when I'm using the gloves that need the tacky wax in serisouly cold conditions.
