Most on this mailing list are likely to consider Jet Skis, etc, as noise
pollution.  I dare say, the operators of those craft would not.  To avoid
imposing our subjective feelings on others, should we not try to at least
develop some more objective safety and health standards? Eg., Decibel and
exhaust limits for health, and speed and proximity limits for safety.
