[Paddlewise] Any fun in Salt Lake CIty????

Not really a paddling issue, but I'll be in Salt Lake City for a week in mid
February for business, with a couple days to myself.  Any recommendations on
some fun things to do?   I know, I know.......Ski.  I'm not much of a skier,
and already have the info on that.  Anything else?  Any must do hikes,
museums, etc?  Anything adventurous or exciting to recommend would be
appreciated.
