NRS has them--they call them "Stow-Float" bags. A pair retails for
about $70. I just found a pair in their return/clearance corner for
$30!! (One of few benefits of temporarily living in Moscow, Idaho,
where there is NO kayak touring to be found!)

I haven't tried them out, but they look like a good thing to have--I
don't think their ends seal quite as well as a conventional drybag, but
I'll have to do some testing to find out. Even if I don't use them as
a drybag, they're high volume float bags, so I was excited about the
great deal I got on them if for no other than that reason.
