Does anyone have a ideas/views on separating the lower segments of a 4 part Werner Carbon Fiber paddle which is stuck. I tried penetrating oil, strap wrenches, mild heat from hot water, all to no avail. My own fault of course, I hadn't separated them for a year and I think water evaporated (fresh) leaving calcium carbonate or some such behind. I am planning a vinegar soak with a rag around the joint for a few days.
