[Paddlewise] what to do TO those cd's

my 18-year-old son is a heavy sleeper so he has a cd-alarm set on a volume 
so loud that it practically rattles the windows.  this is set at 
6:15am.  none of the rest of us gets up then, of course.  when he spends 
the night with friends sometimes, actually far too often, he fails to turn 
off his alarm.  this happened 3 times IN A ROW one month ,and, i can' t 
help it, i found myself taking out the cd, trundling out to the car, 
putting it under the front wheel, and rolling back and forth a few times.

i couldn't help it.  it was like a black hole of immaturity; i got sucked 
into the vortex.  on the other hand he did get the message.

here's to healthy parenting.  <most> of the time i manage it....

oh.  OB paddlewise:  it drives my daughter CRAZY that my boat is on the 
mantel.  tee hee.
