Hi, folks:

As a quick aside, I'm planning to start work on my seat fabrication in the
next couple of weeks, thanks to the folks at kayakfit.com. I'll try to log
my progress on a website, if it isn't *terminally* embarrassing.

Both my paddling partner and I are interested in kayak camping, and we
know of quite a few places at which this can be done from the sea. We have
a substantial curiosity about Western flatwater, though; rivers calm
enough to take a sea kayak, canyon paddling, etcetera. We'd love to find
some places where we could paddle a couple of days on non-whitewater river
and camp while doing it.

Any recommendations?

Thanks in advance,

-ashton

There is a serious lack of water - Plan on one gal per person per day - We took
our time going down the river - Four days...

Get a GPS - I have the coordinates for the stops..
