[Paddlewise] Forwarding PW email without author's permission

Hi folks,

I've been made aware that a subscriber here is forwarding PaddleWise
email to another list without permission of the original author(s).
This is a violation of list policy and can result in one being removed 
from PaddleWise.  This policy is included in the message sent to all new 
subscribers with insttruction to read first.  This notice is for those
who haven't found the time yet to do that 8-)  Asking permission is a 
small effort, respectful of all posters, and it's list policy.
