sciatic nerve pressure probably. Exactly the same thing happened to me
and this was the amateur diagnosis.  I worked on the 2 outfitting
solutions below which alleviated the problem.

might try extending the support of your seat under your thighs.  could
do this with closed cell foam, heard of others using a paddlefloat. this
made a major effect for me.

make sure that the foot braces are the correct distance- hard for me to
determine this for you, it's a mix of good tight support and personal
preference.  I tend to jam myself in.

flexibility is always good, stretch before going out and after coming
back.
