Anyone have experience paddling a Nautiraid Raid II Expedition solo for an extended period? Is this too heavy a boat for single paddlers (with the exception of vigorous youth which I'm most certainly not) or might it be handled by we senior folk, perhaps even with a 9 year old kid on board? Any applicable experience appreciated. My Klepper is way too much to paddle alone and I need an intermediate choice that will fold and fly. Other suggestions appreciated. I own two Feathercrafts -- a K1 and a K2 and am not enamored of either but other ideas would be most welcome. Thanks for feedback, Rich Richard G. I'm asking because I'm shopping around for a foldable (won't buy one until I get a bit more experience). I'm gathering opinions at the moment. Feathercrafts seem to be well regarded.
