[Paddlewise] Knee Tubes

I got several responses (to the whole list and some back channel) to my
query on Knee Tubes.   Thanks to all for the suggestions, and options.  I've
got some thinking to do now that I've read and seen (via photos on
web-sites) what others have done.  If anyone else has suggestions, it's not
too late to send them  :-) - I'm still sorting through all the options to
determine which will work best for me.  I might even do "dual" tubes - one
open, and one sealed.
