Will email more details if requested. Such a design is available on the market also. Two sizes, unclips and slides back into your lap for access through a double-zipped top access flap. Very convenient for glovebox items but not for quick-draw safety equipment. Sorry I don't have the manufacturer in mind, but if anyone is interested, I could get that info for the cost of a reply.
