    Not 5 gallons but 5 liters:  I've used the 5 liter bladders from those
boxes of wine. The spout comes apart easily to clean the whole thing out and
pops back together nicely.  Usually Mylar so very sturdy.  --And they're
somewhat pleasant to empty!
