Joan,

I think you just hit it on the nail!! That sounds like what starts to work
for me after I've been in the boat for at least 1`5 minutes.

Those first few minutes are another story though---every bone and muscle in
my body is stiff because I KNOW I'M GOING OVER with the next wave.
