Last year I bought a Kelty Noah 12 myself, and was thrilled with
the low cost (compared to Moss Parawings). I used it on our
annual Thanksgiving canoeing trip to Missouri, and experienced
the same thing - water droplets dripping from the bottom of the
tarp uniformly over the entire surface - the first time I used
it!

Got to thinking that Kelty would not (I hope) sell defective
tarps, and instead rationalized it as being a unique combination
of temperature and humidity conditions that had moisture
condensing on the bottom surface of the tarp. Have not used the
tarp since then, and probably should set it up in the back yard
during the next rainstorm to test this hypothesis.
