Steve Holtzman: I usually like the open forum but this thread is getting way too technical for me. Doesn't anybody paddle for fun anymore? Me: This discussion does not require paddling. It's an armchair thing. Can you imagine paddling alongside someone talking this stuff? Paddling IS fun. This discussion is a different kind of fun. For some people. I guess. Maybe. _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com *************************************************************************** PaddleWise Paddling Mailing List - Any opinions or suggestions expressed here are solely those of the writer(s). Oh, that was a wonderful attempt at disparaging other people's interests in paddling. I hope you feel good about that. Any other cold water you want to throw in people's faces, or are you done for now? Geez, just because you don't enjoy technical discussions is no reason to say no one should. And it IS on topic for Paddlewise. Get used to it. I realize that math and science makes you uncomfortable, but please don't tell the rest of us what we may or may not enjoy. I do enjoy paddling alongside of someone talking about this "stuff". And you can stuff your opinion of that, too. -- Bob Myers Verado Email: bob.myers_at_verado.com 18101 Von Karman Avenue, Suite 550 Phone: 949-851-8250 x227 Irvine, CA 92612 http://www.verado.com/ *************************************************************************** PaddleWise Paddling Mailing List - Any opinions or suggestions expressed here are solely those of the writer(s). Well if you were out paddling then you would not be at the computer to read all this :) besides some people can talk or type for hours on what most of us would spend a few minutes at most on. Personally my paddle don't seem to do much of what they are talking about anyway Dana http://www.fska.org our club may be a kick ass club but I put .com instead of .org on it before *************************************************************************** PaddleWise Paddling Mailing List - Any opinions or suggestions expressed here are solely those of the writer(s).
