Here in Texas, home of possibly the largest population of powerboat jerks, we are hearing a new ad. First a guy tells a girl he is out of work and living with his folks, then asks her for a date. She of course refuses. 2nd a father suggests picking up a hitchhiker. Wife, "what are you thinking of!" Then a guy invites a girl to go out with him on his boat where he will get drunk, not wear a life jacket, and endanger her life and that of other innocent bystanders. She accepts. Then we hear, "What's wrong with this picture" and a safety message about boating. I thought it was interesting enough to catch the attention of a few of our yahoos.
