My liability insurance company wants us to have a lawyer review all our literature and release forms, etc. Since we have the bulk of our literature on the website (and there is quite a bit of it) I thought it might be much better to have a lawyer who is more knowledgeable about sea kayaking (and maybe more interested in the subject) do the review. If I'm lucky maybe one that has already read the literature and being unable to shut off their lawyer-mind in the process may already have done the bulk of the reading work and it won't cost me as much. Any liability lawyers on this list who are interested please contact me off-list. Also if anyone knows a paddling lawyer with this specialty I'd be glad to hear from them as well.
